Gayle Borden Greenberger, LPC, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Northwestern University, in Evanston, IL, where she graduated with high honors. 

She attended Fordham University as part of the highly acclaimed Ph.D. program in Counseling Psychology and received her Master’s of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology.  

 

Her extensive doctoral graduate training included residencies and internships in inpatient hospitals, outpatient programs, community mental health centers, and college counseling centers, working with a wide variety of individuals, groups, and families.  

Gayle taught at Columbia University Teacher’s College, has lectured to large groups on the topic of special needs parenting, and specializes in working extensively with women in various life-stage transitions and families with children with special needs.  She facilitates ongoing support groups.
